Eleven years ago, The Pink Cow was the first establishment in Japan to publicly acknowledge Black History Month, and has carried on the tradition since. Join crowds in honoring and celebrating the rich culture and contributions African Americans have given the West, and take part in listening to guest speakers, live music, movies, and trying out some staple soul foods.
