Naturally, I made a beeline for JamRock as soon as I heard it opened. I was ecstatic to find home cooked dishes like Stew Peas & Rice, Ackee & Saltfish Rice and even Oxtail on Saturdays. Forget frozen patties out of the box, JamRock owner Yvonne Goldson makes her own beef, jerk chicken and veggie patties from scratch. She only makes them the day of-so get them while their hot!
