Coinciding with the Yoga Festival in Yokohama (Sept 20,21,22)  the Yoga Aid Japan Challenge is being held on the holiday Tuesday Sept 22 9-11:30am.

12 amazing yogis will lead us through 108 Sun Salutations dedicated to a great cause…
Participants pay ¥3000 which goes to one of the nominated charities, including Yoga Classics Input Project (YCIP) that do wonderful work preserving ancient works and working with Global Family Project to employ and empower Tibetan refugees in India.

Last year 300 participants joined this wonderful event, however registrations are lagging this year.

Yoga Aid Challenges have been held in Australia, India, US, Italy, Hong Kong and Japan.  Over 3,500 yogis have participated so far and approximately 43 million yen have been raised.

To register visit YogaTown , select your charity, complete registration, transfer ¥3000 to their bank account and they will send you an e-ticket.
