Born in Riga, September 29. Graduated from E.Dārzins Music College in 1992 where studied the piano with I.Juriksone, and from the Latvian Music Academy in 1997 where studied a composition with Professor Ādolfs Skulte and Gederts Ramans. Post-graduate studies in composition master classes led by Professor Juris Karlsons were finished in 1999. Degree Master of Art in the piano playing in 2001. At present doctorate student at Latvian Academy of Culture .
